A little something about us

Carroll Dynamics focuses on helping organizations with conflict resolution as well as group decision making.As mediators, we assist businesses and individuals in their efforts to reach mutually satisfying resolutions to many types of conflict. As facilitators, we work with organizations to guide them through decision making and creative processes.

Carroll Dynamics was started in 1999 by Jack Kinsley. Jack’s 25 years of business experience was divided between two major corporations. After starting Carroll Dynamics Jack struggled, however, when an old colleague asked him to speak to a large business group he discovered he had a knack for the platform.

Jack continues to give presentations to businesses and associations. As a platform coach he shares what he has learned about presentation skills with business leaders and executives.

How are we different?

We are “blue collar”. We do not use formulas and packaged processes. We evaluate where you are, where you need to go, and then we roll up our sleeves and get involved.
